What
The Wheel of Time Role-Play is a creative writing and role-playing website based on Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time fantasy series, published by Tor Books. “Role-playing” in our terminology means that we create characters that could exist within the Wheel of Time universe and write from their perspective as they live their lives, go on adventures, and strive to make their way in the Wheel of Time world. The role-playing is conducted on message boards, with a focus on quality fiction.
Why
The simple answer of why we’re here? Because we love it. Once you start role-playing and writing with like minded individuals, building stories and characters and plots together, you just can’t stop. Writing at the site also improves your everyday writing skills and English abilities.
Who
Our membership and administration team are a global group of people. We have (or have had) members from Australia, Canada, Finland, Great Britain, Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, and the United States, just to name a few. We welcome those of all ages, cultures, genders, races, religions, and orientations… so long as you want to write!
