Wielders of the One Power. Widely distrusted and feared, even hated, Aes Sedai are blamed by many for the Breaking of the World, and are thought to meddle in the affairs of nations. At the same time, few rulers will be with out an Aes Sedai advisor, even in such lands where the connection must be kept a secret. Aes Sedai means “Servant of All,” and through their work in the seven Ajahs, Aes Sedai seek to do just that.
